After completing her clinical externship at the Hearing and Balance Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Dr. Espinosa earned the Doctor of Audiology Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Espinosa was inspired to become an audiologist after helping her grandmother through the process of identifying her balance and hearing impairment, and seeking treatment to allow her to continue an active and social lifestyle.
